Application and payment procedure for a substantiation statement on the existence of underground lines

Energotel, a.s. allows applicants to request statements on the existence of underground lines in electronic form via the portal at the web address  https://registracia-portal.energotel.sk/ (hereinafter "Portal"). The portal is accessible in Edge, Firefox and Chrome browsers. The rights and obligations of the contracting parties when issuing statements are set out in the General Terms and Conditions for statements on the existence of underground lines (available here). Submission of the application through the portal is also necessary if the applicant sends the documentation to which Energotel, a.s. express by post or in person.

Access to the portal for applicants is possible via the option "registration" or "login".

The "registration" option must be used if the applicant is using the service for the first time or has not set a login password in the past.

Applicants who will use the portal repeatedly are recommended to set a password and then enter the portal via the "login" option. The advantage is that the user is automatically filled in with billing information after logging in and has the opportunity to monitor the ongoing status of their applications. It will only be possible to set a password via a confirmation e-mail, which is automatically generated after the request is sent.

The application through the portal must contain:

• applicant identification data:
• name and surname
• contact e-mail
• telephone number
• billing address
• postal address if he chooses to send documents by post
• ID number, if the applicant has assigned it
• requirement specification:
• for a statement on the existence of cable routes requested by the owner:
  - Energotel,a.s.
  - Stredoslovenská distribučná,a.s. 
  
  (A request for a statement on the routes of both owners can be submitted in one application, but the statement for each company will be charged separately. In the case of a request for a statement on the routes of several owners in one application, it is not possible to choose different processing times
• what type of statement is being requested:
  - informative statement - small buildings, residential houses, multi functional buildings (not used for legal purposes)
  - binding statement - construction proceedings, engineering and transport constructions (used for legal purposes)
• the processing time of the statement
• method of delivery of documentation for expression:
  
  - when selecting "portal", it is necessary to insert the documentation for expression into the interactive window - it is possible to insert max. 5 files, while the size of one file cannot exceed 20 MB
  - when selecting "by post", it is necessary that the consignment is marked with a variable symbol (also used for payment purposes), which the applicant will receive by contact e-mail after sending the application via the portal. The consignment must be marked with a variable symbol even if the applicant delivers the documentation in person.
• Information on the requested location and place - the area for which the statement will be processed, the applicant is obliged to determine by means of information: :
• Name of the building (mandatory information)
• Street, municipality (mandatory information)
• Inventory and reference number (optional information)
• Parcel number (s), municipality (optional information)
• Selecting a location from Goople Maps - you can easily mark an area of ​​interest

The applicant is responsible for the accuracy, correctness and completeness of the data provided in the order and in connection with it. Energotel, a.s. shall not be liable for defects or other deficiencies caused by inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the applicant.

After filling in all the information, the applicant will send the application by selecting "finish" on the summary screen, where he can check all the entered data. If it is necessary to change any data, the applicant can return to the required page by selecting "sleep".

The application cannot be sent without confirmation that the applicant has become acquainted with the General Terms and Conditions for expressing the existence of underground lines and Information on the processing of personal data.
