Our company ensures the protection of processed personal data according to the legislation:

• Act No. 18/2018 Coll., on Personal Data Protection and on amendments to certain Acts
• Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data – GDPR

Responsible person

In the company, we have a designated responsible person who the data subject may contact at any time with their questions and requests for information about the processing of personal data by our company or the request for the implementation of any of the rights of the data subjects within the meaning of the above regulations.

The company’s responsible person is Mgr. Ing. Peter Levko.

The data subject can contact the responsible person by email by to osobneudaje@energotel.sk or by post – by postal item sent to the address of our company’s headquarters, to the person responsible for the protection of personal data.

Certificates

With respect to the protection of personal data and information security, our company has a certified and implemented Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2013 as well as IT Service Management System (ITSMS) in accordance with international standard ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011. The privacy policy is updated in the form of a security directive.
